ActualHealth Account and Data Deletion Request
This page explains how users of the ActualHealth app by Vista Biomedical can request deletion of their account and associated data.
Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "ActualHealth Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your ActualHealth account.
Steps to request deletion
- Send an email to [email protected] .
- Use the subject line: ActualHealth Account Deletion Request.
- Include the email address tied to your ActualHealth account.
- If needed for identity verification, we may reply to confirm your request before processing deletion.
What will be deleted
When your deletion request is processed, we will delete your ActualHealth account and associated personal data that we store for your account, which may include:
- Account profile information
- App-submitted health and wellness information
- User-entered activity, symptom, and questionnaire data
- Associated identifiers used to provide the app service
What may be retained
We may retain limited data where required or permitted for legitimate purposes such as security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or enforcement of our obligations.
Retention period
If retention is required for the reasons above, retained data will be kept only for as long as necessary for those purposes and then deleted in accordance with our retention practices. Current retention period: 90 days.
Processing time
We aim to respond to deletion requests within a reasonable period after verifying the request.
