ActualHealth offers auto-renewable subscription options to access premium features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:
Subscription Plans and Pricing
ActualHealth currently offers the following subscription options:
Monthly Plan: $1.99 per month (auto-renews monthly)
Annual Plan: $19.99 per year (auto-renews annually)
Discounted Annual Plan: $17.99 per year (auto-renews annually) - available to users who complete the health questionnaire
Prices may vary based on promotions, discounts, and your region's currency.
Payment and Billing
All subscription payments are processed through the App Store using your Apple ID.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You will be charged the price you agreed to for your subscription at the time of purchase.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
To manage your subscription:
Open the Settings app on your iOS device
Tap your name at the top of the Settings
Tap "Subscriptions"
Find ActualHealth in your list of subscriptions
Tap to view and edit your subscription options
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings.
If you cancel during your active subscription period, you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the term.
You will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing period.
Promotional and Organization Codes
We may offer promotional codes or organization codes that provide access to ActualHealth premium features.
These codes are subject to their own specific terms, including validity period and eligible features.
We reserve the right to modify or revoke promotional codes at any time.
Questionnaire Discount
Users who complete our health questionnaire may be eligible for a $2 discount on the annual subscription plan.
This discount is applied at the time of purchase when the questionnaire has been completed.
The discounted subscription will auto-renew at the discounted rate unless the subscription is canceled.
Subscription Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with notice to you.
If we change the price of a subscription, we will notify existing subscribers before the price change goes into effect.
For existing subscribers, the price change will take effect at the next subscription renewal.
